CREATING TOGETHER
This work is built on trust, alignment, and shared vision.
HOW I SEE IT
I don’t see photography as just something to sell or rush through.
It’s a collaborative, intentional process. I work slowly and attentively, allowing natural moments to unfold rather than forcing direction. The land, the light, the people, and the work already happening are part of the narrative.
Whether I’m documenting land and legacy, creating imagery for a western brand, or photographing people connected to this way of life, the focus remains the same: to create images that feel real, grounded, and emotionally true.
Each service I offer is fully customizable. If you don't see what you are looking for in what I offer, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am more than happy to create a customized package to fit your needs.
I can't wait to create with you!
WHAT I OFFER
PHOTOGRAPHY FOR THE WESTERN SOUL
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m Crystal — usually with a cup of coffee in hand, wandering around the ranch with a parade of animals trailing behind me. I’ve always been drawn to creating. It’s how I process the world, how I make sense of things, how I stay present in it.
Photography became the place where that all landed. It slowed me down in the best way, while still giving me somewhere to put the creative energy that never seems to shut off. It taught me how to notice — light moving across a fence line, dust hanging in the air, the quiet moments that happen when no one’s trying to perform. Over time, it stopped being about taking photos and started being about paying attention.
The ranch, the land, the people, and the everyday rhythms of life here shape everything I make. There’s nothing staged about it. It’s honest, a little imperfect, and deeply rooted in what’s real — and that’s exactly what I’m drawn to. I want images to feel lived-in, like they belong to the moment they came from.
I’m also an Army veteran, and that chapter of my life changed how I move through the world. It taught me discipline, awareness, and respect — for people, for place, and for the weight of responsibility. Those things still guide how I work and how I show up, even now, long after the uniform is gone.
At the end of the day, I photograph what I love and what I know. This work isn’t separate from my life — it grows directly out of it. And if you’re someone who values honesty, depth, and feeling over perfection, you’ll probably feel at home here.

KIND WORDS
“I was honestly nervous going into our session because we’re not ‘photo people but within minutes it felt like we were just hanging out. Crystal made everything feel easy and natural, and somehow she caught the moments I’d normally miss.. like my kids laughing, the way we naturally stand together, the quiet stuff. When I saw the gallery I cried! These photos feel like us.” -Laura S.
“Working with Crystal was seamless from start to finish. She took the time to understand my brand, my goals, and how I wanted to show up visually. The final images are refined and incredibly versatile! I’ve used them across my website, social media, and marketing materials. Her eye for detail and storytelling truly sets her apart.” -Mikayla L.
"Crystal understands ranch life because she lives it. We were so impressed that she knew when to step back and let things unfold, and when to quietly capture the moments that matter. The gallery proudly shows the work, our land, and our family exactly as it is. These are the kinds of images that will mean more to us as the years go by.” -Maureen W.
“I don’t even know how to explain what Crystal gave us. From the very beginning she felt like someone who actually cared.. not just about photos, but about us. On the day of our wedding she was calm, patient, and somehow always in the right place without ever being in the way. When we got our gallery we laughed, cried, and sat there for way too long just reliving everything. These photos feel real. They feel like our day. And we’ll be grateful for them forever.” -Hannah & Cole E.
