I served as the official photographer for the Remuda Classic Horse and Stock Dog Sale, documenting the full arc of the weekend — from team roping on Friday, to sale preview, ranch rodeo, the horse and stock dog sale on Saturday, and barrel racing on Sunday.
My role was to capture more than just results or action, focusing instead on the rhythm of the event as a whole — the horses and dogs, the competitors and buyers, the work behind the scenes, and the quiet moments that often go unseen. This kind of documentation preserves not only what happened, but how it felt to be there.
